Responsibilities:
-Contacting leads and setting appointments for trials -Signing new members up for enrollments -Upgrading existing members into enhanced martial arts programs.
-Meeting with students and parents, building rapport and comaraderie -Conducting retail sales and managing the cash register -Communications with parents, students, prospective students, etc.
-Routing cleaning of seating area and surrounding spaces, other cleaning as directed.
-Other duties as needed.
Skills:
- Strong background in sales, preferably in a sports, fitness, or martial arts setting is preferred! -Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to interact with clients in a positive and friendly manner.
-Able to utilize systems and processes, with the goal of recruiting, retaining, and teaching the best martial arts students around! -Can utilize computer and information systems to process sales, track students, and communicate with clients via electronic and voice systems.
-Background in martial arts is desireable, but not required.

You will be instrumental in the care of each student from the time they first inquire about instruction to the time they are full fledged members and beyond! You will be the bridge between the parents, students, and the instructional staff, making sure that all their needs are met and that maximum value is provided to each and every student! This outstanding position starts at 30 - 35 hours per week at $15 per hour.
However, there will be opportunities to move to full time hours at up to $20 per hour based on performance! Job Type:
